The name, company or unit, email address, contact number, licence holder status, licence number, permit number and message you enter in the enquiry form. We also measure how visitors use this website, as set out under Website analytics below. The site sets no advertising cookies.

Do not send identity card numbers through this website. If you do, we will delete them on receipt and ask you for that document in person instead.

To answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the enquiry and our reply. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is open and for as long afterwards as our trade records require. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask for access to your personal data, ask us to correct it, or limit how we use it. Write to us at the address or email on the Contact page.

We use a third-party analytics service to see how visitors use this website so we can improve it. It records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how long you stay, your browser and type of device, the page that brought you here, and your approximate location worked out from your IP address.

The service also makes session recordings: a replay of how you moved through the pages and where you clicked. The enquiry form is hidden from these recordings, and nothing you type into it is sent to the analytics service. When you prepare an enquiry, it only learns that you did, the type of enquiry you chose, and whether you sent it by email or WhatsApp.

The service keeps a random identifier in a cookie and in your browser’s storage so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one. It does not tell us who you are. The information is processed for us by our analytics provider on servers in the United States, and we use it only to understand and improve this website.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded. You can also block cookies for this site or turn on your browser’s tracking protection; the website works the same without them.

Your language and light or dark theme choice are stored in your own browser so the site remembers them on your next visit. That information stays on your device and never reaches us.
